in producing chromium salt, turbidity reflects whether a product can meet standards of the galvanized-gauge chromic anhydride. however, as a new added standard, turbidity does not attract much attention. the galvanized-gauge chromic anhydride is several thousands more expensive than ordinary chromic anhydride. bluestar yima can upgrade its products quality and increase profits to work with the new technology.
since bluestar yima finished chromic anhydride system reforms and put it into production in jan 2011, chromic anhydride products have upgraded in quality. in may, average turbidity went down from 20 to 7 and the ratio of superior grade product went up from 90% to 97%. with such an improvement, they still keep lowering chromic anhydride turbidity in accordance with new industrial standards. the company asked its electromechanical maintenance worker to improve pellet mill roller maintenance quality; and asked the operator to improve the material emptying pace and control chromic anhydride’s average turbidity. they focus on chemical reactions and material emptying to better control the final point of reaction and the intercept point of chromic anhydride and sodium bisulfate.
the company’s chromic anhydride turbidity went further down from below 7 to below 5 this august, which is better than new national standards and the ratio of superior grade product increased to 100%.
