to promote management of silicon material company’s canteen and improve staffs’ diet quality, the company operated a new “five unity”—unity of management system, unity of service standards, unity of uniform, unity of dishes quality and unity of dining environment. the canteen is clean with a lcd tv on the wall and staff having good meals.
