shandong dongda chemical industry co ltd, a member company of china national bluestar, has launched its bluestar world-class manufacturer (bwcm) project.
bluestar’s executive deputy general manager zhang lijun, cmo dai sizhe and the zhuoyue center team, as well as the project team, attended the launch meeting.
as the eighth member company to launch the bwcm project, shandong dongda has organized an experts’ team of zhuoyue center to build a tailor-made implementation plan for optimizing production systems, sorting out responsibilities, improving efficiency and management.
a leading group headed by shandong dongda’s general manager, liu yi, was set up to ensure the project would serve as major support for future development of the company.
the project will last until next april.
over the past few years, shandong dongda has expanded its production capacity to become a leader in polyether production in the country.
company executives emphasized the project would integrate an advanced management philosophy with practical work of the company to make more innovations over management.
