the shandong dongda chemical industry (group) co, a subsidiary of the china national bluestar (group) co, began its world-class manufacturer project (bwcm), on feb 25. the company began assembling a team of experts to draw up a plan for this project, on oct 15, 2012, to find ways of making optimal use of production, streamline responsibilities, and improve efficiency and management.
