the review strictly followed the national procedure for assessing scientific and technological achievements, and evaluated the technical advancement and stability of the double-membrane process. it also analyzed the cloth filter, microfiltration and reverse osmosis integration process. the review also checked on water through the cf unit, single plate filtration capacity, microfiltration membrane unit water utilization, flux per unit area, designed membrane flux of the reverse osmosis unit, the water recovery system and water conductivity. after further inquiries and discussions with company personnel, the experts agreed that the project passed the scientific and technological achievements review.
