the hazard and operability analysis (hazop) is an effective way to ensure the safety process. recently, guangxi new chemical material invited special trainers to help analyze its gas stations and acidolysis section at its titanium dioxide plant no 2. the training lasted for seven days, and the company made an analysis team out of professional workers from safety, process, equipment, instrument and operations departments. during the training, the team members overcame many difficulties. they fully grasped the hazop to analyze hazards, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the company.
