the jinan yuxing chemical co has held its first skills competition for lab technicians and maintenance, mainly to improve the skills of new-comers. the two-day event started on dec 25th, it could be defined as teach-and-learn contest, where masters and apprentices had to work in pairs.
the participants included 29 lab technicians, 32 maintenance workers, and 16 other teach-and-learn pairs. regarding the winners, their performance will be an important reference point for their future technical assessments.
