bluestar (beijing) chemical machinery recently witnessed a series of production peaks to meet customer demand. the company’s production management made new arrangements of workshop production and sorted out various production processes. it has made full use of the bluestar world-class manufacturing (bwcm) theory and differentiated refining workshop production processes. it also further analyzed monthly kpi to assist in problem solving and fully tap the potential of internal resources, ensuring task completion. 

the company’s electrolytic cell workshop shoulders very heavy responsibilities and pressure. the workshop has rescheduled the production process to ensure finishing production on time. it made standard operating procedures to solve bottleneck problems in production and offered jobs and skills training for employees in their spare time so that most of the employees could take care of multiple jobs. the workshop also raised the daily production quota to 40. employees were in high spirits, some of them taking the initiative to work overtime to complete daily tasks.

the machinery workshop is responsible for processing components and parts for various workshops. the workshop enhanced its first-line staff force to improve the production rate and coordinate technical process and work shifts to meet the needs of the electrolytic cell line. 

the logistics department followed production tasks, actively deployed personnel, and broke previous team boundaries to bring all employees to work together. it sent help to painting and packaging teams and assigned special personnel to help electrolytic cell workshop production.

the electrode workshop shoulders the especially heavy task of supplying the electrolytic cell’s electrode. the increasing electrolytic cell production rate and upgrade brought pressure to the workshop management. the leadership arranged work shifts to meet the special needs of the workshop production, and asked team leaders and construction crew to play a role. the workshop helped employees get the hang of each process operation, and reset standard operating procedure to raise output and meet the requirements of electrolytic cell, manufacturing and maintenance for electrodes.

at the moment, the company’s workshops are all working full steam ahead to finish their production tasks.
