bluestar held training on establishing she management system in engineering projects in chengdu on sept 8 to 12. 55 people are responsible for she and project management. the meeting included scenario demonstration, case analysis, group interaction to make them better understand the system.

the company invited the bureau veritas to work out a she system for engineering construction through data analysis, field investigation, difference analysis, framework planning, and program development. developed under the company’s she system framework and based on the she standard for engineering program in china, the system was worked out in guidance of the international engineering construction program’s advanced experience. the two parts, she program and work guidance that are consisted of 56 tasks and 34 instructions. every task is separated into several activities and is written down by the person in charge, operation time, content and method to record the whole procedure of she system construction.
