hosted by the victoria state government, “80 days of melbourne” aims at showcasing the charm and vitality of melbourne as an international metropolis via sporting, cultural, artistic, and commercial activities. during the 80 days from january 9 to march 29, 2015, melbourne will welcome a series of spectacular cultural events as well as sporting events such as the australian open, the afc asian cup, the icc cricket world cup, and the f1 australian grand prix.
jonathan gave his congratulations for the successful launch of the event and said that he was honored to be invited as a representative of the industrial and commercial sector of victoria. he said: “by hosting such large international events, melbourne will draw more attention from overseas investors, help victoria attract more foreign investment by showcasing its advantages, and contribute to the local industrial and commercial development as well as the improvement of local people’s living standard. qenos is a good example in this regard.”
