to improve its personnel training system and promote key technology, bluestar dongda has asked experienced workers since late august to help apprentices develop by formulating a corresponding management system and perfecting an incentive mechanism.
the purpose of this activity is to promote the overall quality and skill of staff members, and help experienced and young workers cooperate, raise production efficiency and bring down labor costs.
the activity involves polyether, epoxypropane and new product plants; operating maintenance and r&d centers; and microcomputer operations and testing posts. one experienced worker will take on one to three apprentices and help them for one to two years, then review their progress. the management also laid out the qualifications of participants. the experienced workers should enjoy their work, have strong work ethic, and support teamwork and communication. they should also be highly regarded by coworkers. they should have three or more years of experience in their posts, rich practical knowledge and expertise, an intermediate professional title or above, and outstanding work performance. the apprentices should be new employees who have passed internships and are committed to work at the company for a long time. they should be respectful, diligent and studious.
