the 2013 jinan vocational skill competition-chemical analytical operation skill contest was held at jinan yuxing chemical, a subsidiary of bluestar, on nov 17. a total of 37 test workers from companies in jinan joined the contest.
the contest included written examinations and practical operations. the top winner was named an excellent technical worker in jinan by the jinan government. the second and third place winners were named technical workers in jinan by the city’s human resources and social security bureau. contestants who passed the written exam got a senior worker certificate from the bureau.
