bluestar was recommended by the beijing municipal economic and information technology commission recently and named a pilot company to receive training in industrial intellectual property rights applications. this will clearly give bluestar a better understanding of the application process, strengthen its r&d, and make it more competitive in new chemical materials and other key businesses.
