e-commerce, once only a supplement to traditional sales channels, has now become a sales channel that boasts the largest growth potential. following this trend, bluestar made active efforts to develop e-commerce. by mid-november, it has achieved total e-commerce revenue of rmb1.29 billion, 49.52 million of which came from overseas sales. this is an excellent result for bluestar’s first year in e-commerce.

earlier this year, bluestar set up its e-commerce team based on a practical plan, laying a solid foundation for its e-commerce development. then the e-commerce teams of various subsidiaries made concerted efforts to explore sales channels based on market conditions, launched marketing campaigns via websites, microblogs, wechat accounts, and alibaba online shops, and made great achievements in sales and brand promotion. later, bluestar also created a unified customer and order platform for all subsidiaries, making it much easier for customers to make inquiries. meanwhile, by improving the platform at the backstage, the company gave exactly the same quotation for online and offline sales, made the price and inventory more open, shortened the sales process, and provided value-added services to our customers, winning their support and favor.

e-commerce brought bluestar nearly 1,500 new customers this year, or 45% of all the new customers of the year. meanwhile, the customer viscosity is 73%, bringing a total premium gain of nearly rmb 8 million.
