nantong xingchen has recently launched a brush-silk-grade polybutylene terephthalate (pbt) base resin, with the name of pbt1100a fl, to be used for toothbrush silk and cosmetics silk.
the bluestar brush-silk-grade (1100a fl) pbt base resin product uses creative polymerization process and technique that, by precisely framing the crystallization and rheological behavior of pbt polyester materials, make the materials highly elastic and transparent through smelt spinning. the creative production control technique ensures the consistent quality of the product.
compared with traditional nylon materials used in the same sector, the brush-silk-grade pbt is more elastic and softer, able to create a fantastic toothbrush experience. since august 2015, the product has been used by many famous brush-silk companies at home and abroad in their brush-silk products, adding to bluestar’s pbt base resin product portfolio.
nantong xingchen has been engaged in the production and r&d of pbt engineering plastics for over 20 years and boasts asia’s first unit for continuous production of pbt base resin. from 2007, the company built one of china’s first 60,000-ton pbt resin production unit using the pta method. over the years, while absorbing advanced technology from other countries, nantong xingchen has been, driven by the market, actively introducing global best practices, improving the production process and technology, valuing the development and marketing of new differentiated products, maximizing product quality, exercising reasonable cost control, and striving to offer high-quality, cost-effective engineering plastics solutions for customers.
