the company set up a leadership team and came up with a plan to implement the activity. it clarified the responsibilities of each department and called upon all personnel to eliminate potential hazards. all departments have followed the revised safe production responsibility system and broken it down to individual posts. they also referred to production accidents in the past to rule out hazards.
the whole company has stepped up safety patrols, arranging at least one security worker to look over the whole plant for no less than an hour. department heads are required to do at least an hour of patrol every day. personnel in charge of safety management should spend no less than two hours a day patrolling to address dangerous operations. the company also urged all departments to review the results of hazard elimination, and report the development of the activity on a daily basis. at the same time, the company put leaders on night shift. if something comes up, they should make effective deployment in time to contain the damage.
