]qenos announced on jan 10 that its production facility has been accident free for 1,000 days or 1 million working hours, a new record for the company.
the company has adhered to the goals of she and has cooperated closely with field project contractors to hammer home the she concept and win contractor approval. the altona plant project and related unit overhauls required close cooperation with many contractors. the project involved mechanical designers, electricians, assemblers, trestle workers, sprayers, and heat preservation and crane operators. it also had to deal with waste, environment protection, and civil project and dining services.
qenos has strengthened field she management and has created a contractor management system that covers every employee. it has carried out safety supervision over all contractors on a daily basis to raise its ability to avoid accidents and build up she awareness. it also holds regular safety meetings to foster consensus on she concepts and goals from top leadership down to the grassroots.
