the hangzhou water treatment technology development center recently won a bid for a water treatment project at a steel plant in the middle east after several rounds of competition with rivals, thanks to its technical strength and project management experience.
the contract stipulated that the water center will use its advanced water treatment technology to provide the plant with approximately 10,000 tons of water per day. considering the complex climate and geological conditions in the middle east, technical staff at the water center gave more thought to the design to make sure the project will adapt to local conditions. they optimized their technical process, making it easier to carry out construction, and started graphic designs ahead of schedule to buy more time for the follow-up project. in addition, the technical staff settled on completely automatic control to help the customer steer clear of future problems.
the project was another sea water desalination project for a big national steel plant, following a project in saudi arabia, which was a milestone in exploring the middle east market. different from other previous projects, the project will be implemented through engineering procurement.
