(hereafter called “cotran”) to carry out the strategic arrangement and storage of 5g (the fifth-generation mobile communication technology) related materials. the two sides will integrate their respective resource advantages to accelerate the large-scale application of high/low dielectric polymer materials such as modified engineering plastics, silicone rubber, and modified epoxy resin adhesives in telecommunication and other related fields. they will also develop the necessary materials and components of intelligent terminals in 5g era to build the competitive advantages of 5g communication new materials in the whole industrial chain.
