bluestar joined foton and tsinghua tongfang in being recognized as a “trademark model” at a zhongguancun trademark promotion meeting, on oct 16. the sponsor of the meeting was zhongguancun haidian science park’s beijing administration for industry and commerce and administration. its purpose was to recognize the national trademark strategic implementation demonstration zone’s model trademark units.
a total of five companies and 50 pilot enterprises that received the award at the meeting, but bluestar garnered special praise for its comparative advantages in r&d, production, management, and innovation in recent years. these included the company’s insightful analysis of markets and rival companies and developing a trademark strategy that perfectly fit its products and overall development. bluestar has placed great emphasis on brand strategy as a competitive tool and it has made an effort to increase brand publicity and the value of its brands. and, its efforts certainly paid off, as can be seen by the award.
the trademark model recognition comes hard on the heels of bluestar being honored as a “intellectual property rights creation unit” and “standard innovation pilot unit” for zhongguancun’s national model independent innovation area.
the meeting singled out bluestar’s achievements in developing trademarks and the social recognition that has accompanied this. the company says it will continue with its trademark strategy and efforts and establish a more effective, practical system to highlight its ipr technological advantages. in addition, it plans to build a protective system for its famous brands to ensure market popularity and a sound reputation.
some of the more prominent participants, at the meeting, were fu shuangjian, vice-director of the state administration for industry & commerce; cheng hong, the vice-mayor of beijing; and xu ruibiao, head of the trademark bureau of saic, and other equally important leaders.
