du xiaosong, head of the project and asia pacific information technology director of elkem silicones, introduced that the project has six major innovations. first, it will build a new 5g digital twin factory in the chemical industry, realize multi-protocol data integration and low delay bidirectional transmission in an industrial scene with 5g industrial gateway, gather the data to form the basis of big data analysis, and establish and realize the real-time control of the production digital command center; second, 5g mec (edge computing) connects the whole scene of the industrial internet to realize data collection, edge computing and analysis of various devices; third, 5g and ai machine vision are combined to carry out real-time monitoring of all elements on the safety management site, effectively improving the closed-loop management of work safety. fourth, the intrusive sensor 5g mec realizes real-time detection of multi-content materials in the production process, and feeds back a large number of multi-dimensional fingerprints and video data to the control center in real time by 5g large bandwidth and low delay characteristics. fifth, it applies the modeled big data to accurately study and judge the health status of the device, and deeply integrates 5g with the big data system of earthworm box; sixth, the application of 5g uav and robot realizes the "sky-ground integration" patrol inspection, and innovatively realizes the uav sample inspection.
