recently, the ministry of science and technology of china announced the 2020 project list of the national key r&d program for the network-based collaborative manufacturing and smart factory. the research, application and demonstration of integrated network-based collaborative manufacturing technology in salt lake chemical industry cluster, a key project participated in by bluestar chonfar, was successfully approved.
the key project has been designed for china’s regional advantageous industries and it-based manufacturing to advance related work. it aims at the smart, digital chemical industry for salt lake. digital and smart factories are important directions for the future development of traditional chemical mines and processing plants. bluestar chonfar started to map out its plan in this field as early as 2018, initiating the exploration and r&d of cutting-edge technologies such as digital simulation of salt field processes and smart salt field. it set up a joint research team consisting of the chemical research office of its research institute, the utility engineering office of the project center, and the management and information department.
over the past three years, the joint research team of bluestar chonfar has organized multiple academic exchanges on various topics by means of “inviting experts to give their lectures and learning other companies’ advanced aspects” to understand the frontier of technology in relevant fields and discuss the r&d, engineering and technology problems. bluestar chonfar has set up a provincial engineering research center together with qinghai salt lake group and relied on this platform to conduct technology and project cooperation with qinghai salt lake group and sdic xinjiang luobupo potash co., ltd. in october 2020, the joint research team successfully prepared the proposal for the major renovation project for unmanned substation under the qinghai salt lake group’s smart salt lake program. in november, project declarations and replies at all stages were completed with high standard and quality, laying a solid foundation for the successful declaration of the national key science & technology project.
