since march 24, shenyang chemical has started to implement lockdown management according to the development trend of covid-19 and the requirements of the shenyang municipal government. most employees worked at home, and the subsidiary entered a shut-downing state. by observing the times and judging the occasion, the chlor-alkali branch decided to take this period of time to complete the maintenance tasks to be completed during the annual power outage maintenance, turning the passive situation of production caused by the epidemic into the active situation of inspection and maintenance.
