recently, bcmc undertook the eps general contracting project of a digital chemical plant with an annual production of 120,000-ton caustic soda. the project has given full play to the advantages of digital engineering design, creatively utilized aveva software to facilitate the owner’s remote access to engineering data during the construction period and fed it back to the company’s designers. the cloud library of the project has been established, with the digital twin service model consistent with the cloud data, enabling an intelligent dialogue between devices. the project achieved digital delivery and intelligent operation and became china’s first “digital chlor-alkali plant”.
throughout the entire lifecycle, the digital delivery design of plants based on the cloud platform won the excellent innovation achievement award of lunjian national industrial digital technology innovation contest 2021.
