“bonjour! how are you! gracias! nichts zu danken! where are you from? each year, the bluestar summer camp is like a miniature of the united nations. you hear various languages and experience colorful cultures here. since 1990, the summer camp has been held for 27 years. starting from having only one camp in remote northwest china, it now has over 20 branches across the country and participants from overseas subsidiaries. it serves as a bridge between chinese and foreign companies for cultural exchange.

in 2009, 24 foreign campers from france, britain, spain, brazil and italy were the first to join us, making the bluestar summer camp an international event. in 2015, the summer camp welcomed over 40 foreign participants from france, spain, norway, sweden, italy, vietnam, australia, and brazil. this year, we will have 49 overseas members from 13 countries including france, norway, australia, the us, and britain. among them will be eight kids from klausmaffei, germany, a new member of chemchina. thus, there will be accumulatively more than 300 foreign campers from 16 countries throughout the years.

they come here full of anticipation and curiosity for an exotic culture, share the joy and warmth with all peers, learn to respect and tolerate, and leave with sweet memories. each of them will become an ambassador to spread bluestar culture.
