recently, china national bluestar (group) co, ltd., a subsidiary of rec solar, declared that its award-winning twinpeak 2s 72 series solar panels were officially certified by the bureau of indian standards (bis), and such products would be put on the indian market in the near future.
bis certificate is a compulsory entry ticket for all the imported or locally manufactured solar panels. after being certified by the bis, rec’s twinpeak 2s 72 series become one of a few solar panel products that meet the bis’s requirements, and now rec solar is also the only one european brand which has been bis certified.
“rec solar is very pleased to be approved by the indian government, and we will provide quality products and world-leading services for the indian customers who will benefit the most,” rohit kumar, the head of rec solar india, said.
in recent years, rec solar has been on a tear in the indian market, with its products being widely applied in roof facilities. it has become the most sought-after solar panel brand in india.
